Baby penguin sushi stuffed with pork floss

Saw this adorable contraption online and knew Little B would love the end result. She already loves sushi with seaweed; little penguin sushis would definitely be a hit.

Here is the penguin mould in it’s packaging. I bought it off ebay here:

The instructions were quite simple…

Punch out seaweed…

You’ll get two eyes, a beak, two feet, two flippers and the back with forehead.

I deviated a little here cos little B loves pork floss and so, I added a little pork floss filling.

And placed the two halves together..

Voila!

Instant hit as predicted!
