Fairy Gardens

I’ve always been intrigued by little worlds within our world. Everything takes on a different feel when you crouch low to look at life from a different perspective…. Little wonders get magnified… Not surprisingly, kids tend to keep their sense of awe at the most ordinary things they notice around them. Pebbles, shells, twigs…

I used to spend my break time with my kindergarten friend looking for tiny broken glass pieces sparkling under the sun, along pavements and crevices. “Diamonds”, we used to call them. These days, I would probably yell a warning at my kids for picking up broken glass..😅
The girls planned and created their very own fairy gardens! They planted seeds on 6th Feb. This is how the gardens looked then!

The seeds have sprouted and the garden is nice and green now.
