Making Chilli Padi Last and Last

This is another one of those things that they pack much more than you can consume in one sitting.

I experimented with freezing them and it works! These little fire bombs can last up till 6months in the freezer without losing their explosive power.

First, I wipe them clean with some vegetable wash. Then I cut them up teeny tiny.

I cut them into a bowl first so the seeds don’t end up all over my table top. If you have sensitive skin or handle young children, you might want to use disposable gloves cos the spicyness really clings to your skin!

I usually put them in a ziplock with a spoon for convenience before stashing the whole lot away in my freezer along with my frozen ginger slices.

Done! Convenience at your fingertips!:)
